The 10 Hour training requirements by OSHA are applicable for those workers in the construction and general industry. The OSHA 10 Hour Outreach Training program is a primary training course to teach workers about the basics of occupational safety and health. OSHA recommends the Outreach Training programs as an orientation to the occupational safety and health standards for workers. Workers are also required to receive an additional training on the specific hazards of their jobs. Once the course has been successfully completed, an OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach DOL course completion card will be issued to the workers.
