"Where and whenever will my goal be achieved?" The reply might be obvious for many goals but not at all for others. Attempt to be as specific as is feasible.

5. Say the resources required to reach the goal: what will be the price to pay?

There is forever a cost to ante up, for everything. There is always some form of sacrifice to make when you set a worthwhile goal. In this step, you will set all that you will need, in terms of time, money and vigour.

6. Put Forward the value and the consistency of the goal.

Why would I want to arrive at this goal? Why is it significant to me? Is this goal in concordance with my vision, beliefs and values? Reply to these questions. If you do not appear to be content with the responses, maybe you should modify your goal. Prepare a different goal until you feel it is in concordance with your passion, vision or mission.
